"Poor service by the Agent himself. He has never returned a call, never followed up despite 3 phone requests to talk to him directly. His employees are coordial and seem to do all the work. They send documents via Text message and for someone like myself, dont know the messages are sent as they just show up as a number, not the agency, so they are "spamed." Very diaapointed that this agent is unwilling to have a conversation with me as to my insurance needs. I am looking for new insurance and when we find someONE we like we will be changing."
